Crystal Fall does not require an account. Gameplay progress is stored locally on your device. An anonymous player name and your score are sent to the dreamlo leaderboard service so you can appear in the global ranking.
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with Crystal Fall (the “Game”) and this website.

2. Age restriction
The Game and this website are intended only for people aged 16 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a person under 16 has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can address it.
3. Information handled by the Game
Information stored on your device
The Game stores your current board state, best scores, in-game preferences, and an anonymous player identity (see below) locally on your device. This information is used to restore your progress and is not sent to the developer except as part of the leaderboard feature.
Anonymous player identity
When you first launch the Game, it generates a random anonymous player name (for example “CosmicFox42”) on your device. You do not enter this, and it is not linked to your real identity, email, or any account.
Leaderboard (dreamlo)
When you finish a game, the Game sends your anonymous player name and score to the leaderboard service provided by dreamlo (dreamlo.com). This is done via an HTTP request, which necessarily includes technical information such as your IP address and user agent in the request headers. dreamlo stores these entries and makes them publicly available through its leaderboard API. The free tier of dreamlo has a limit on the number of stored scores (typically 25 or 1000 depending on the plan), and older scores may be removed when that limit is reached [citation:1][citation:6]. We do not use this data for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell it.
Internet access
The Game requests the INTERNET permission to load and submit leaderboard scores and to open external links such as the Google Play listing when you tap “Rate on Google Play”.
Device features
The Game may use vibration for gameplay feedback. It does not request access to your contacts, precise location, camera, or microphone.
4. Information handled by this website
This static website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, user accounts, or contact forms. Your hosting provider may process standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of access, for security and delivery purposes.
5. Google Play
If you install the Game through Google Play, Google may process information about downloads, purchases, device details, and diagnostics under its own privacy policy. The developer does not control that processing.
6. Legal bases and purposes
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, technical requests are processed as necessary to provide the requested functionality (including the leaderboard) and on the basis of our legitimate interests in securing and operating the Game and website. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
7. Retention
Gameplay records and preferences remain on your device until you clear the app data or uninstall the Game. Leaderboard entries (anonymous player name, score, timestamp) are stored on dreamlo’s servers according to dreamlo’s own policies and technical limits. Because dreamlo is a third-party service, we cannot directly control the exact retention period; entries may be removed when the free tier limit is exceeded or when we manually clear the leaderboard. Third-party services and the hosting provider retain their own logs according to their policies.
8. Sharing and international transfers
Leaderboard data is processed by dreamlo (dreamlo.com), which may process information in countries outside your own. Google Play processes installation and purchase data under its own terms. These providers govern the safeguards they use.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, and to complain to a data-protection authority. Because gameplay data is stored locally, you can remove it by clearing the Game’s app data or uninstalling it. To request deletion of your leaderboard entry, email bhavesh.patel3222@gmail.com and include your in-game display name. Note that because dreamlo is a third-party service, deletion requests may require us to clear the entire leaderboard or contact dreamlo support.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information handled. Leaderboard requests to dreamlo use standard HTTP/HTTPS depending on the service configuration. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Game, website, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will identify the latest version.
